We have a strict policy for handling customer information. The information you provide to Richard Woodhouse Photography is confidential and protected to the fullest extent possible. We will not disclose or distribute customer information to third parties without prior written consent by the customer.

Terms and Conditions

1. The acceptance of a booking is subject to the receipt of a signed booking form. The deposit of £100 must be paid at the time of booking. The balance is due 4 weeks before the wedding day.

2. In the event of any cancellation a refund of monies paid cannot be made.

3. In the unlikely event that all or some of the photographs fail to materialise for any reason, the liability of Richard Woodhouse Photography will be limited to refunding any monies paid.

4. The copyright of all images remains with Richard Woodhouse Photography who reserve the right to use the images for display, advertising and promotional purposes.

5. A Web Gallery will be arranged. The images shall remain available for viewing for a minimum of 6 months following the date of the wedding. Richard Woodhouse Photography reserves the right to remove any web gallery at our discretion.

6. We will keep your pictures for a minimum of 5 years. Should you wish to have further copies of any pictures of your special day, please contact us.

7. Richard Woodhouse Photography shall be the sole official photographers.

8. In all matters regarding the style, technique or composition of photographs, the decision of Richard Woodhouse Photography shall be deemed final and correct.

9. Richard Woodhouse Photography reserves the right to use any or all photographs for promotional purposes.
